Mmmm… nothing is better than peanut butter pie – especially when it’s covered with my favorite candy, Reese’s Cups!
The combination of a fluffy peanut butter filling, with rich cream cheese and Cool Whip along with the chocolate from its Oreo crust, chocolate drizzle and Reese’s topping makes for the perfect, easy dessert!
Especially now, when most of us are at home looking for things to do in quarantine, I recommend this sweet, simple pie as a quick no-bake dessert which is so deliciously satisfying it is guaranteed to brighten your day! Pie always makes everything better.
I love this recipe because of how easy it is (not to mention that it tastes SOO good)–it’s just a matter of throwing together a few ingredients, making it perfect for any occasion or no occasion at all- (my favorite occasion right now being baking with my mom and watching Hallmark movies!) 😀

How to Make Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie
As I said, this amazing peanut butter pie comes together in minutes!
First, I made the crust–I crushed 24 Oreos and combined it with melted butter and pressed it into a 10 inch pie pan.
For the filling, I combined 1 package of cream cheese with peanut butter, and then added in powdered sugar and a little milk until well combined. Then, I added in the cool whip. Mix on low just until well combined.
Spoon the peanut butter pie filling into the crust and spread with a spoon. Top with a drizzle of ganache or hot fudge and chopped mini Reese’s cups. Then chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to firm things up!
